It is located in the heart of Rome\u2019s historic center, near Piazza Barberini.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Once completed, the building will be one of the few historic properties in Rome to achieve triple certification (LEED, BREEAM, and WELL), demonstrating its exceptional standards in energy efficiency and sustainability.
