EOS Consulting S.p.A. alongside Ardian in the acquisition of 3 photovoltaic plants under development, with a total capacity of approx. 100 MWp.

Through the Ardian Clean Energy Evergreen Fund (ACEEF), Ardian has completed the acquisition of 3 photovoltaic projects under development in Sardinia, with a total capacity of up to approx. 100 MW. The investment will be completed upon full achievement of all required authorizations.

EOS Consulting S.p.A. supported the group in the technical-economic analyses and evaluations of the project, with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Partner Alessandro Chiusolo – with the collaboration of senior expert Elisabetta Volpato regarding the constraint and connection analyses – and Partner Benedetto De Luca – with the supervision of team manager Roberto Alessandrini and the collaboration of Experts Gianluigi Nicita, Francesco De Santis and Stefano De Domenico – in reference to the layout and producibility estimates.
