EOS Consulting S.p.A., as Technical Advisor, supported Ardian in the activities that led to the signing of a binding agreement for the sale, to A2A, of its shareholdings held in 3New&Partners, Daunia Calvello and Daunia Serra Capriola, companies that make up a portfolio of wind farms in Italy with a total capacity of 335 MW.
EOS has, in addition, provided technical assistance in the assessments that led to the conclusion of a second binding agreement in relation to a further portfolio of wind and photovoltaic plants, for a share of installed capacity in Italy, totaling 117 MW.
Specifically, EOS was in charge of performing technical assessments and developing a Repowering Plan, a strategic driver for the assets’ development objectives in the coming years, with the coordination of the Technical Team of Energy Management Services (EMS), Ardian’s renewable asset development and management platform in Italy, composed of Simone Tonon, CEO, Emanuele Scarpa, Head of Finance & Control, and Ardian’s Investment Team, represented by Chief Investment Director Marion Calcine and Director Infrastructure, Federico Gotti Tedeschi.
EOS conducted the activities through a multidisciplinary team led by CEO Emanuele Riccobene and Partners Chiara Ruggiero and Daniele De Sanctis – assisted by Experts Luca Calvitti and Lucrezia Rossi – and Analysts Gianmarco Palma and Davide Maglione.
The EOS Team is grateful to Ardian, EMS and all the other Advisors involved in the transaction for the continuous and fruitful collaboration on the deal.
