EOS Consulting S.p.A. alongside Banca Iccrea, BCC Ravennate Forlivese Imolese and Riviera Banca in the financing of 2 photovoltaic plants being developed by SEF Group, with a total capacity of approx. 13.26 MWp.

BCC Banca Iccrea, in a syndicate with BCC Ravennate, Forlivese e Imolese and Riviera Banca, finalized a project finance transaction worth €10.1 million for the benefit of SEF Group S.r.l., a group headed by the Tortora family, for the construction of 2 ground-mounted photovoltaic plants in Oviglio (in Piedmont, in the province of Alessandria) with a total capacity of 13.26 MW

EOS Consulting has performed in favor of the pool of Banks the activities of Technical Due Diligence, analyzing all technical-economic aspects referable to the development phases and assumptions of construction, commissioning and operation of the plants. The Due Diligence work was supervised by Partner Alessandro Chiusolo, team manager Roberto Alessandrini and expert Gianluigi Nicita.
