EOS Consulting S.p.A. alongside BPER Banca and Banco di Sardegna in the financing of 2 photovoltaic plants under development by Solar Ventures for a capacity of approx. 9 MWp.
Solar Ventures, a company specializing in the development and management of utility scale photovoltaic plants worldwide, has obtained a 9.3 million euro loan from BPER Group for the construction of two new photovoltaic plants in an industrial area in Pontinia (LT) of 7.8 MW, financed by BPER Banca – Corporate & Investment Banking Division, and in Ittiri (SS) of 1 MW, financed through Banco di Sardegna.
EOS Consulting acted as Lender Technical Advisor taking care of the Technical Due Diligence activities in favor of the BPER Group, supporting the Institute in the evaluation of all technical-economic aspects referable to the development phases (including the paths of authorization and grid connection) and the technical assumptions related to the construction, commissioning and operational phase of the planned power plants. The Due Diligence work was handled by Partner Alessandro Chiusolo, assisted by the team manager Roberto Alessandrini, by Senior Experts Elisabetta Volpato e Valerio Cuccini and from the Expert Gianluigi Nicita.
