Tages Capital sgr, in partnership with an independent operator, acquired from Athena Investments, a portfolio of photovoltaic plants located in Puglia, Basilicata and Sicily for a total installed capacity of approx. 12.5 MW.

EOS, as Technical Advisor, assisted Tages Capital in the evaluation of the technical-economic aspects of the portfolio, supporting the decision-making processes of the transaction. As part of this transaction, EOS carried out the Technical Due Diligence activities through a multidisciplinary team coordinated by CEO Emanuele Riccobene and led by partners Alessandro Chiusolo – assisted by expert Elisabetta Volpato and with the collaboration of team manager Floriana Cassone and expert Lucrezia Rossi – with regard to the technical-administrative aspects of the portfolio, and Benedetto De Luca – with the collaboration of team manager Roberto Alessandrini and expert Valerio Cuccini – with regard to producibility estimates and state-of-the-art technology verifications
