EOS, as Technical Advisor, assisted Tages Capital in the acquisition from Vecchio Mulino Holding Immobiliare S.r.l. of a portfolio of 3 photovoltaic plants, located in the Municipality of Palo del Colle, conducting Technical DueDiligence activities through a multidisciplinary team coordinated by CEO Emanuele Riccobene and partners Chiara Ruggiero and Daniele De Sanctis, assisted by Team Manager Floriana Cassone and experts Marco Boccanera and Lucrezia Rossi.
