EOS has been mandated as Owner’s Engineer by European Energy for the construction of the 103 MW solar farm erected within the Troia Municipality, Apulia Region. The plant has been built in No 2 steps, as it consists of a first section energized in November and of a second one that has been grid-connected over the last month of June.

EOS has been mandated as Owner’s Engineer by European Energy for the construction of the 103 MW solar farm erected within the Troia Municipality, Apulia Region. The plant has been built in No 2 steps, as it consists of a first section energized in November and of a second one that has been grid-connected over the last month of June.
EOS has supported the Client from the phase preparatory to the construction, then along the worksite monitoring and the management of the Due Diligence processes for the project financing, up to the energization – managing with Terna those activities required before the site energization – and the commissioning and testing of the facilities. EOS has put in place a wide team, involving several specialists depending on the specific needs over the different phases of the Project, led by the CEO Emanuele Riccobene and the Partner Daniele De Sanctis, and supported, among the others, by the Partner Chiara Ruggiero – regarding technical-administrative aspects – the expert Giulio Nobili – regarding worksite monitoring and commissioning activities – and the Partner Alberto Parazzi with the expert Giulio Matacchioni, for what regards structural items.
The EOS Team is proud of having been at a side of European Energy along the path that has led to the recovery of an area already involved by a former solar worksite, converting it into the largest solar plant of Italy and putting a new, significant, piece in the energy transition of our Country.
