EOS Consulting S.p.A., as Technical Consultant, assisted MPS Capital Service Banca per le Imprese S.p.A. in the refinancing of a 22.5 MW wind farm located in the Sicily Region and a 9.6 MW photovoltaic system built in the Puglia Region, respectively owned by the Mimiani Wind S.r.l. and CGE Palea Arsa S.r.l., a company of the 3New group.
EOS carried out the Technical Due Diligence activities through a multidisciplinary team led by the CEO Emanuele Riccobene and the partners Chiara Ruggiero – assisted by experts Lucrezia Rossi and Alessandra de Ferra – as regards the technical-administrative aspects, and Daniele De Sanctis – with the collaboration of experts Luca Calvitti and Marco Boccanera – in reference to site visits and technology analyzes.
