EOS Consulting S.p.A. is at the side of Generali Real Estate with Construction Management services for the transformation of the offices inside Palazzo Mondadori in Segrate, a masterpiece built between 68 and 75 by Oscar Niemeyer.
The intervention designed by Deerns and One Works, with work direction by General Planning - a DBA PRO. brand, involved the strip-out and complete renovation of the finishes and plant systems, allowing the achievement of high standards of energy efficiency and working comfort.
The interior design and art direction project, by CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati in collaboration with the late Italo Rota, saw the radical renovation of the working environments with the intention of rethinking the office spaces within the building to adequately restore its innovative features.
The first phase of the intervention, which covered some floors, was completed with the completion of the work and the entry of employees into the new work spaces.
Work continues on the remaining levels and in the common areas to complete the redevelopment of the building by the end of 2025.
