As per the Schedule, EOS In its capacity as Project & Construction Manager of the completion works of the EUROPARCO development project in Rome EUR has started the deliveries of Building 4, the first of the two buildings of ENI’s new headquarters in Rome.

Since 2016, EOS has been active as project & construction manager of the completion phases of the development of the multifunctional complex, located in Rome in the Eur area, commissioned by BNP PARIBAS Real Estate Investment SGR, acting on behalf of U-Turn, the proprietary investment fund and direct developer of the initiative called Europarco.
EOS had taken over the previous management provided until mid-2016 by Parnasi Group companies, when the U-Turn fund took over from the Upside fund (liquidated due to expiration of terms). Before then, EOS was present on the project as Project Monitor on behalf of the pool of financing Banks and therefore already with a good knowledge of the initiative of which a residual volume of more than 280,000 cubic meters remained to be completed, in addition to the activities of completing and perfecting the real estate units still to be delivered and the completion of the urbanization works, which was in a difficult condition and needed the restructuring and control of the development process, given the situation as of 2016 of the Parnasi group.
Europarco represents one of the most important development projects, predominantly directional ever built in Rome, which has already seen built and now functioning, the Euroma 2 shopping center, one of the most important in the city, the offices of the Ministry of Health of the Province of Rome, those of Procter & Gamble and Engie, as well as the ‘tallest residential tower building in Rome, called Eurosky, designed by Arch. Franco Purini, author also of the entire master plan.
The ENI office complex consists of two separate buildings, Building 4, currently under delivery, and Building 2, scheduled for delivery by December 2018. In total, the new Headquarters measures about 112,000 cubic meters or about 34,900 square meters of SUL, and will be able to accommodate about 2,800 people when fully operational.
The new complex will be equipped with a canteen, winter nursery and ample parking facilities for employees.
