Juventus S.p.A. has carried out a redevelopment project, called J Village, located in the ‘Continassa’ area of Turin, adjacent to the new stadium, and has involved the construction of various assets, such as the new Juventus headquarters, an international school, a hotel and an entertainment centre-Concept Store the Juventus Training Center, as well as the urbanisation works. The intervention area of 180,000 square metres allowed the development of a total SLP of about 38,000 square metres, of which:
•Juventus Headquarter (4.169 sqm);
•International School (8.500 sqm);
•J Hotel (9.181 sqm);
•Concept Store (9.000 sqm);
•Juventus Training Center (4.150 sqm);
•Trigeneration Power Plant (580 sqm).
•Urban infrastructure 42.500 sqm.
