a2a, one of Italy’s leading energy utilities, acquired a majority stake in Parco Solare Friulano 2 from EnValue GmbH and MSE Solar, following authorization for the construction and operation of a 112 MWp photovoltaic plant in the municipalities of Santa Maria la Longa and Pavia di Udine (UD). The project is currently the largest PV development in Northern Italy. Under the new partnership, EnValue and MSE Solar will continue managing construction via EPC contractor EnValue Italia.
EOS acted as sell-side Technical Advisor, conducting Technical Due Diligence and supporting EnValue and MSE Solar during the technical negotiations with a2a.
