GreenIT – a joint venture between Plenitude (Eni Group) and CDP Equity – signed an agreement with Galileo to acquire eight new photovoltaic projects in Italy, with a total installed capacity of approximately 140 MW across Southern, Central, and Northern Italy.
EOS acted as Vendor Technical Advisor, carrying out Technical Due Diligence and supporting Galileo in the structuring of the transaction and technical discussions with GreenIT. EOS provided a highly qualified multidisciplinary team to assess environmental constraints, regulatory compliance, design, contracts, and long-term yield estimations.
