This project is part of a broader urban development agreement between Fondazione Fiera Milano and the Municipality of Milan.
The project under development, signed by Lombardini 22, concerns the demolition of some pavilions of Fiera Milano City and Fiera Milano Congressi for the construction of a multipurpose area that will house the new RAI headquarters, the academy and the FFM student hall.
Preparatory work for the demolitions will be the adaptation of plant and the transfer of activities to other pavilions. These pavilions will also be subject to upgrading and adaptation to congress area.
EOS is responsible for the Project Management Office.
